Hello and welcome. My name is Gaby and I’m a human just like you. I happen to also to be a woman, a mother and a psychologist. I created Dr. MindfulMama as a way to be of service to more people. I believe strongly that psychology and its insights offer a way to improve EVERYONE’s life in small and big ways. Mental health is equal if not more important than physical health and it is essential that I spread that message.
This is a virtual consultation and coaching company focused on making mindfulness and psychological health mainstream. I offer education, self-guided trainings, virtual face-to-face coaching sessions to help people live a more mindful and peaceful life. I apply the principles of psychological science to your everyday life to make it practical and useful.
My ultimate vision and mission is to create a mindful community focused on fostering palpable human connections. A space grounded in love first and mutual respect and empathy. Human connection is vital and it is being disrupted on many levels. Our humanity is the life force that makes us all the same yet also so intricately unique.
The goal is to do this one human connection at a time. Connection in our modern day takes many forms, from a text, to a smile, to a conversation, to shared time. For me, one form of connection is not better than the other, all have the capacity to add value and meaning to our own lives and the lives of others, when we choose to see them in such a way.
Dr. MindfulMama is a way to meet you or your family’s needs through your computer. In today’s fast paced world it is challenging to “do it all” yet it seems to be the call the action for men, women, mothers, fathers, teens and children everywhere. I believe we all already hold within us the capacity to lead peaceful, connected and meaningful lives, sometimes we just need some support and guidance to get there.
